Return Eligibility
We accept return requests only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the item ordered.
To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order along with clear photographs and details of the issue.
- Item must be unused and unworn.
- Original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Product must be in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the handcrafted and often made-to-order nature of our garments, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized orders.
- Made-to-measure garments.
- Sale or discounted items.
- Products purchased during special promotional events.
- Items showing signs of wear, alteration, washing, or damage after delivery.
Exchange Policy
We understand that sizing concerns can occasionally arise. Size exchanges may be considered subject to product availability and approval by our team.
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
- Garments must be unused and in original condition.
- Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
- Exchange approval is subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Kindly include:
- Your order number.
- Photographs of the product.
- Photographs of the packaging.
- A brief description of the issue.
Our team will review the request and provide a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before production or dispatch begins.
Once a garment enters production, customization, or shipping, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Natural Variations
Our garments are handcrafted and may feature slight variations in embroidery, texture, color, or detailing. These variations are part of the artisanal process and should not be considered defects.
